AMATEUR GRILLED CHEESE COMPETITION

Grilled Cheese vendors must feature one grilled cheese sandwich that contains at least three ingredients; a type of bread, a type of cheese, and one more item. 

Grilled Cheese vendors must supply a minimum of 1,000 samples (sample size should be 1/4 of a sandwich).

All other menu items that food vendors wish to sell, may be listed and priced as per your discretion.  Additional samples can be sold for $1-$4. You are welcome to sell as many menu items as you wish excluding alcoholic beverages.

Expected Attendance 6,000 guests
 

Each amateur competitor must provide a minimum of (100)

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. Come up with a killer name for your Grilled Cheese.

 

Bread, Cheese, Butter, Secret Ingredient (whatever makes your grilled cheese stand out). All samples are served as ¼ sandwiches.


Recruit your friends to help cook and serve!
 

Don't forget to decorate your space! Make your table the center of the party for your friends and family throughout the day.

*All amateur participants must arrive by 11:00am to set up their booth area. All stations must be ready to serve grilled cheese from 12:00pm - 4:00pm (or as long as your 100+ sandwiches last)!
